Who is responsible
Optimizador, operating in Bolivia, is responsible for Aumenta and this website. For privacy, support, access, correction or deletion requests, contact futuredone.soporte@gmail.com.
This policy covers Aumenta’s mobile app, backend and public website. A company using Aumenta also makes decisions about the work information its members enter. Contact your company administrator for questions about those internal decisions; you can still contact Optimizador directly about your account.
Information we collect
- Account and sign-in: your name, email address, Google account identifier and email verification status. Google authenticates you; Aumenta does not receive your Google password.
- Team and work information: company names, memberships, invitations, tasks, participants, deadlines, progress, help requests, comments, submissions, review decisions, reminders and their history.
- Files you choose: photos, documents and other supported attachments, including file names, type, size and content. We access camera or file/photo selection when you use the relevant feature and grant the device permissions it requires.
- AI interactions: prompts, replies, referenced work information, files selected for the assistant, proposals and usage records.
- Technical information: account sessions, device notification tokens, app/platform information, time zone, security and operational events. Network addresses are used to protect access and limit abusive requests.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, enforce company and task permissions, deliver the features you request, coordinate work, send in-app notices and optional device notifications, store authorized files, operate AI assistance, maintain security and reliability, and respond to support and privacy requests.
Task changes and decisions are recorded with their author so authorized members can follow what happened. Other members only receive access allowed by their company and task permissions. Do not put information into Aumenta that you are not authorized to share with the relevant team.
Your choices about AI and notifications
The core task features are available without using the assistant. You choose whether to submit messages and attachments to Aumi. AI output can be inaccurate; review it and any proposed action before confirming. Automated contextual writing, when enabled by the service, uses relevant authorized work context under the configured notification policy.
You can deny or withdraw device notification, camera and photo/file permissions in Android settings. This may limit the associated optional feature. Company permissions and work history are managed separately from device permissions.
Retention and security
Account, company and task information remains stored while needed to provide the service, maintain work history and handle the account. It is not automatically deleted just because you sign out, remove the app or leave a company. You can request account and associated data deletion as described below.
Aumenta’s AI conversation and generated-content records are configured to expire after 24 hours; operational cleanup removes expired content in batches. Related operational metadata is configured for 30 days. These limits do not delete tasks or reminders created from an accepted proposal, and do not control a third-party AI provider’s retention.
Linked task files remain with the relevant work records until removed through the service or the applicable deletion process. Unfinished uploads, temporary access links and expired AI files are subject to operational cleanup.
We use HTTPS, access controls and private file storage. Database content is not represented as end-to-end encrypted. No system can guarantee complete security. Operational backups rotate on a seven-day schedule; when a verified deletion is completed, backup copies age out through that rotation. A restored backup must have completed deletions reapplied before normal use.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact futuredone.soporte@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before making changes. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in your initial request.
To request deletion without opening or reinstalling the app, use our Account Deletion page. We explain any information that must be retained for a legitimate legal, security or fraud-prevention reason when handling the request. Signing in with Google does not delete your Google account when your Aumenta account is deleted.
This website and policy updates
This public website does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party fonts. Your browser still sends ordinary network information needed to load pages. Clicking an email link opens your chosen email service; that service processes the message under its own terms.
We may update this policy when our practices or the service change. The effective date appears at the end of this document. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice before they take effect where required. Contact us if you have questions.
