About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Aumenta, provided by Optimizador in Bolivia. By continuing into Aumenta, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to futuredone.soporte@gmail.com.
Your account and company
Use a Google account you are authorized to use, provide accurate information and protect access to your device and account. Do not share your session or impersonate another person. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you act for a company, you must be authorized to do so. Administrators manage company membership and access, while task permissions govern individual actions. You are responsible for ensuring the information you add and the people you invite are appropriate for your company.
Tasks, records and notifications
Aumenta helps record work commitments, progress, deadlines and outcomes. Acceptance, review and evidence requirements depend on the options selected for a task. The recorded state does not independently prove that real-world work was performed or accepted outside the app.
Device notifications depend on permissions, connectivity and third-party delivery services. A sent or accepted push notification does not prove delivery to, or reading by, a person. Do not rely on Aumenta as an emergency notification system.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights to content you submit. You authorize Optimizador and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process it as needed to operate the features you use. You must have the rights and permission needed to upload and share that content.
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, harass people, introduce malware, bypass permissions, attempt to access another company’s information or interfere with the service. Do not use the app to store credentials or information whose disclosure to the configured services is prohibited.
AI assistance
Aumi can summarize information and prepare proposals. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing content and confirming proposed actions. AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.
Using the assistant sends the submitted and relevant authorized context to the AI services described in the Privacy Policy. Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor may use data for model training and is not offered with zero data retention. Core task features do not require you to use Aumi.
Availability and changes
We may change, maintain or temporarily interrupt features to operate and improve Aumenta. Features may have usage limits. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output or permanent availability of every feature. Keep independent copies of information critical to your business.
If paid services are offered, their price and commercial conditions will be presented separately before purchase. These terms do not authorize charges on their own.
Ending access and deletion
You may stop using Aumenta at any time. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete your account. To request account and associated data deletion, follow Account Deletion.
We may restrict access where necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risks or a legal requirement. Company membership changes can affect your access to shared work. We will handle deletion and any legitimate retention as described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and applicable law
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bolivia, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact Optimizador first so we can try to resolve a service dispute. Changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date and communicated where required.
